Better dress nice because they look at you up and down when you walk in
“Saw their dresses online and decided they liked several of them. Actually drove all the way from San Antonio to come check them out. They were VERY nice on the phone, once I got there different story. I already had the pictures and reference numbers of the three I liked the most, they only hAd one one of them, though I had been reassured on the phone that they HAD IN the store the ones I liked. Anyways, once I'm there they bring me every single dress in a size 10, and I'm tokd most women are that size not a size 2 like me and listen to this: that I should just imagine how it would look on me. I mean if they had even a size 4 or 6 would have helped, but the woman was ridicolous and kept bringing me every dress in either a size 10 or 14. The girls there are VERY unprofessional. They whisper and talk about you and don't even try to be subtle about it at ALL. They do have a beautiful selection of dresses but and this is a BIG but: the service is awful, they all act as if they could care less if you want to buy a dress or not. I ended up going to Neiman Marcus and got a $10,000 dollar dress that was reduced to $1900. And the service was: wonderful!”

worst place ever
“I went in one night after work, it was late I saw the store so I decided I would go check it out. I wasn't even out of my car when I saw a blond girl running to the door to lock it. I go to the store and they just act like as if I'm not even there. I'm sure i didnt look my best because I had a long day at work plus we had to unpack new stock. I work retard and it can get messy when we have to unpack stock. I go back to demetrios that weekend, the same lady was there she didnt even remember me I guess because she was in my face as soon as I walked inside with my friend. Asking me 100 questions and making me fill out papers. I just want to look around so she points me to a book and walks away and makes me write down different styles to try on. Finally like 30 minutes another lady comes around to help me. I think her name was sharon very nice lady, but she tells me they only have one dress i have written down in the store. So what was the point of me wasting my time writing stuff down. Next I go to try on the dress and they only have it in a size 6 I'm an average 10 size girl so I wont fit. They just tell me to imagine it in my size nonsense really, they hand me a strapless bra which isnt in my size and is all stained and smells bad. I dont even try on any dresses because they didnt have anything I liked or that would fit me if i did like them. I starting asking the manager if they offer any type of discounts or any deals they say no because they arent like davids bridal off the rack which i dont get how that makes any sense. So my friend and I leave. My other friend is also getting married but shes really skinny she goes in and trys on some dresses they offer her deals left and right. I guess i was either to big or didnt look like i would buy anything so they didnt even bother with me.”
